CHEST

    The pectorals is made up of two parts. The clavicular portion is the upper chest muscle, and the sterrla portion is the lower chest muscle. Development of the upper, lower, inside, and outside are important in chest perfection, especially if you are interested in competition. There are two basic kinds of exercises for the chest, fly's and presses.
