Chicken & Pasta Casserole
3 oz. whole wheat pasta
8 oz. chicken breast
2 oz. fat free mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1 1/4 cup low-sodium tomato sauce
1 tbsp. fresh chopped basil
Preheat oven to 400 degreese F. Cook pasta according to package directions. Grill the chicken breast on your grill or in broiler and cut into 1/2 inch strips. When both are ready, combine the two in a mixing bowl along with sauce and basil. Place the mixture into an oven-ready pan and top with mozzarella. Cover and bake for 15 minutes. Serve.
