FOREARMS
There are three major muscle groups in the arms. The biceps brachii, triceps brachii, and the forearm. The forearm has a variety of muscles on the outside and inside of the lower arm and controls the actions of the hand and wrist. The best way to exercise the forearm is by wrist curls and reverse wrist curls.
