The higher in protein you are able to go is always better especially if you are also physically lifting weights as part of you exercise. The next things to look at id how much fat, carbs and sugar are in each serving. Keeping your fats and carbs down on the lower end is always better when trying to lose fat weight. Always remember that your body is like a car, it needs fuel as in gas to move and operate. For a human body the carbs and sugar and fat is the basic fuel that burns off when you are being active. If you have stored fat that you are trying to lose it is probably from the way you have liked to eat or the way you may not be as active as you should be that caused fat to store in, your body in a not pleasant way. If you want to change that way your body looks and feels, then you have to change your lifestyle. Remember the way you have been living is obviously not the best way if you want to change yourself. Lowering your carbs and sugars and such will help you start to lose fat weight. If you consume less carbs and sugars in a day the usual and your body still needs more to keep yourself energized to keep moving, then it would start eating off the stored fat you may have for energy. That is a better way to lose stored fat and loose fat weight.

When looking for the better meal replacement shake for you to start consuming remember to look for the most servings per container, the higher of protein per serving, the lower in carbs, fats and sugars per serving and the cheaper price you can find. Meal replacement shakes also have all the essential vitamins you need in your day. Meal replacement shakes also have probiotics that help your body digest the food a lot better and help make your bowel movements much healthier. With probiotics in you shake you will fell how more comes out of you and usually much easier rather than how you felt from eating just regular food. These are all thing you will have to take into consideration.
The way a meal replacement shake will taste will vary between each name brand. Sometimes you will have to try different version or ask friends that may be doing the same thing for their opinion on how you may like the taste. But always remember, if something tastes really good then it might have a higher sugar or carb content then you would want to be able to more easily loose the stored fat that you have.
